The 12th Wind-Up/Wine-Down and Music on Tap event held this past November was a great success, raising nearly $10,000 for the work of the fund.
Currently, the fund is supporting 25 students taking lessons, has sponsored the Winter Percussion Camp this past January, and is continuing its funding of an Artist in Residence program which helps all the students in the band program at the high school.
There are also several students taking violin lesson, as the Norwin Play It Forward Fund also supports those students in the orchestra program!
Plans are underway for the 13th Wind-Up/Wine-Down and Music on Tap for November of 2023. More details will be published as they become available. We hope to see you and your friends there as we continue to support the talented students from our local communities of Irwin, North Irwin and North Huntingdon.
